Service Description:

This polygon shows the Sphere of Influence area for the City of Shafter, an incorporated city within Kern County (California) as per Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO). Please note that this layer does NOT contain the proposed changes to Shafter's SOI from late 2020. Please contact Shafter's GIS Office to obtain the new layer/shapefile once the SOI expansion has been approved.
